For more than 10 years, we have been designing events worldwide as a part of our formerly family-owned and founded business 'IMCAS Congresses'. IMCAS started with meetings welcoming hundreds of participants to becoming the world leader in its field gathering more than 16 000 guests from all around the world. As a part of this business, we have travelled, designed and planned events across Europe but also in China, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Colombia and many more countries globally.

In March 2022, we finally decided to launch our own exclusive event-based business allowing companies to differentiate and elevate themselves from others by providing their clients, guests, and followers with unique experiences.

Born in Paris and raised internationally, Social Studio is a full-service event planning agency that tailors to clients all over the world. It is a team of highly passionate individuals who have acquired the necessary savoir-faire to create upscale events

with a standard of Aesthetic excellence.

Catering to both private and corporate clients, Social Studio has organized a wide variety of events globally. Taking one step at a time and working in predefined phases allows the team to provide their undivided attention to every stage of creating an experience. The infrastructure is held with a very high level of precision, and it’s something that is not deviated from. The primary focus lies on researching, scheduling, and organizing, which propels the team to curate the grandest of productions. Mastering the perfect balance between the technical and imaginative, both sides of the coin are delivered efficiently.

At Social Studio, everyone is encouraged to dream BIG. The creative ideation of an event is what inspires the team the most- and what sets them apart. With an in-house design team, they personalize each project whilst providing a cohesive vision.
